How Decorster Works
Get yourself a Decorster account just by visiting our sign up page and registering yourself with an email ID.
Sign in to your account and you can see you package for a particular room has been bought. Our team will then contact you in order to schedule a site visit to understand your requirement, your style preference and also to do a complete measurement of the house. (Read more)
Once the site visit has been completed, the designer will get in touch with you via chat within the span of 1 - 2 days for the initial design discussion. Based on the requirements given by you, the designer will then start working on your space.
We suggest our clients to share as many inspiration photo as they can, giving their opinion and comment for each picture that they upload on the WhatsApp chat informing us the things that inspires them the most.
We are sorry that you are facing trouble with our designer. Just let us know about your issue by filling out our ticket form which can be found in the menu option in your account. Once you raise a ticket for an issue, we try to solve it as soon as possible.
Yes, all you need to do is to tell us what furniture / item you want us to retain in your site visit with the designer and we will propose your furniture layout plan incorporating those selected items.

Photoshop rendering helps you in visualizing your design in 2D, with floor plan indicating furniture placement, floor finishes and design intent furniture.Whereas, 3D Max creates a real-life image of your final design, showing you the overall look and feel of your space in 3 dimensions.

No, it is completely up to you to select a minimum of any 6 design services that you would like us to assist you with. We also give you the option to select any implementation services that you would require our help in.

It is not mandatory for you to take our style quiz, however we recommend you to take the style quiz if it's your first time on our website.
Yes!! You can always skip the style quiz and directly select your preferred design package in the packages section on our home tab.
If you feel that your style quiz result does not match your taste, no worries! , once you have a bought a package of a particular room, you can tell us your specific style preference and design inspiration in the design brief.
